Yoga Challenge

Hey everyone! I’ve decided to start a yoga challenge and introduce it to you guys. You can choose to do it by yourself, but I thought it would be fun to do it together. This challenge will go on for 5 weeks.

This is how it works:

  1. Start out by choosing one pose to work on during this time.
  2. Decide how often you will practice yoga each week, I recommend at least 3 times.
  3. Each practice, work on a yoga sequence for whichever yoga pose you have chosen. I normally follow a yoga app for my practices, but if there is a certain pose I want to work on, I look for yoga sequences for this particular pose on Pinterest. It gives you a specific practice that will help you achieve your goal.
  • Additional note: If you accomplish your pose before the 5 weeks are over, find another to work on. And if you’re really advanced and accomplished ANOTHER one. Keep going.

A fun aspect I want to add to this is to take photos or videos of your progress so at the end of the 5 weeks you can watch how you improved. During this challenge, I myself will be posting my progress and I encourage you to comment what you think. And If you are joining me, comment how your challenge is going and if you’re feeling confident, comment your photos/videos.
