The first week of the challenge is done. There’s not much to tell about my third day of practice. I just worked on building up my strengths needed to successfully accomplish the pose.
Throughout my process of practicing the poses that lead up to The Flying Crow pose, I have also been practicing The Crow pose that I can already do. As of right now, I can hold it for 10 seconds, but I want to be able to hold it for 20 seconds before attempting The Flying Crow Pose. The thing I need to work on is my balance, which will be my focus this week. By the end of the week, I want to be able to hold it for 20 seconds and have attempted the Flying Crow pose once.
I will be gone all this week on a camping trip in Montana with my family. I will do my three practices this week, but will not be online. I will talk next week and share how far I have gotten!
