Week 3: Day 1

Wow, its already week three. I have now attempted The Flying Crow Pose. I feel confident about mastering it in the next two weeks. Not as soon as I hoped, but that’s okay. Tough things take time and practice.

I did learn that for this pose, I will need to work on my arm strength and balance. This will be my focus and with more practice and determination, I will reach my goal.
