Hey everyone, I’m back! I managed to fit my 3 yoga practices into my busy camping schedule. It was amazing to practice in nature, that’s really the best way to practice yoga. I reached my goal of holding The Crow pose for 20 seconds and am now ready to attempt The Flying Crow pose. This week I will guide myself through the steps of the pose. Wish me luck.
